These are straight-tip shoes that Isetan, beloved by many, specially ordered from Lav.Blake, a long-established Italian factory.

They are high-quality Italian-made shoes.
As they are used, there are minor scratches, but the uppers are firm and have the appearance of museum calf.

The sole, both toe and heel, is currently in good condition and doesn't require a resole yet.

As the name of the factory suggests, they are Blake-stitched, offering good flexibility and a snug fit.

Although the shoes are from Isetan, I'll include a Marui Bisarno shoe tree. The tree is also Italian-made, size 40.
