40 neocolor ll watersoluble wax pastels in tin box. Never used except to make the color chart in the above pictures. These wax pastels are professional artists quality. I adore these pastels however I have an overabundance of art supplies and I'm trying to minimize them down to the ones that I actually use.

The Caran d'Ache pastels are considered higher quality than a lot of other brands, with intense pigmentation and smooth applications. Neocolor II Pastels have exceptional covering power and can be used dry or wet, on a wide variety of materials and mixed media.
